Expert Demonstrations Become Training Artifacts
Hypothesis: Teams can record expert demonstrations, segment the decision points, attach rationales and exceptions, then turn the result into simulations and supervised practice for people and agents. This is knowledge capture, not policy compilation. The test is whether trainees reproduce expert handling of rare cases without copying obsolete procedure.
