Customer-Owned Conversation Portability
Projection: Service history is becoming more useful to agents just as it grows more difficult to move. A portable, permissioned summary could carry preferences and resolved issues between vendors without exporting raw behavioral exhaust. Neither voice growth nor customer-agent funding proves this; successful reuse would.
