Prior Authorization Completion Agents
Projection: Documentation assistants and clinical evidence products establish useful ingredients, not an end-to-end authorization worker. Such an agent would gather records, interpret payer rules, file, monitor, and escalate denials. Its falsifier is operational: submission-to-decision time does not fall, or avoidable denials rise.
Why this idea is here
What the evidence establishes.
The cited captures document clinical documentation and evidence-tool adoption. They do not establish Prior Authorization Completion Agents as a deployed mechanism. The adoption test is whether prior-authorization agents reduce submission-to-decision time without increasing avoidable denials.
