Semantic Traffic Compression

Projection: Anthropic compacts million-token context; NVIDIA transfers KV state between serving pools. Agents may transmit task-relevant summaries, proofs, or state rather than every raw token across systems. The idea succeeds only if compression preserves decisions and provenance well enough that downstream work matches a full-context baseline at lower transfer cost.
