Consent Receipts for Training Data
Provocation: every data contributor or rights holder should receive a machine-readable receipt—what was licensed, for which model uses, for how long, under what revocation and compensation terms. Receipts will not settle collective-rights disputes. They will make claims of consent auditable instead of leaving them buried in contractual rhetoric.
