Projection: social insurance will become sensitive to occupation, region, and observed task disruption, with firms sharing the transition cost when they capture AI productivity gains. Benefits should follow measured wage and work changes, not deterministic forecasts, and rise where exposure meets gender, disability, language, or geographic disadvantage.
