Provocation: contestability should become a digital right wherever AI shapes access, opportunity, speech, or reputation. The proposed right joins notice, evidence access, correction, and independent human review. Existing rules are narrower, but their focus on rights, autonomy, and risk creates the foundation for a more general claim.
