Cross-Species Transfer Reveals Hidden Biology

Hypothesis: models trained across all domains of life will identify conserved functional patterns that single-species systems miss. Test this by preregistering predictions in understudied organisms, measuring transfer against species-specific baselines, and requiring prospective validation on regulatory, protein, and host–microbe tasks before claiming general biological understanding.
