AI Factory Digital Twins
Projection: The IEA identifies electricity and equipment constraints around fast data-center growth; NVIDIA’s rack fabrics add complex bandwidth and resilience behavior. Operators could simulate workloads, power, cooling, networks, and failures before touching a live cluster. The twin earns its name only when predictions match post-change telemetry closely enough to prevent incidents.
Why this idea is here
What the evidence establishes.
The IEA reports fast 2025 datacenter electricity growth, rising AI-focused load, and constraints in grids, transformers, turbines, and approvals; NVIDIA documents rack-scale all-to-all GPU fabrics, rising bandwidth, resilience features, and NVLink Fusion for hybrid systems. These are source-backed premises for this inference; they do not by themselves prove broad adoption or the eventual outcome.
