Translate Circuits into Controls
Projection: interpretability tools will generate deployable control suggestions—monitors, permission limits, targeted tests, or fine-tuning examples—rather than only diagrams. A control should be accepted only when its predicted mechanism and observed behavior both replicate under distribution shift.
