Agent Reliability SLOs
Projection: Buyers will negotiate error budgets for agents across task success, escalation, reversibility, policy compliance, latency, and cost—not uptime alone. Tooling and evaluation activity supplies the substrate. Enforceable contracts that trigger remediation when multidimensional budgets are exhausted would prove this reliability model has entered procurement.
Why this idea is here
What the evidence establishes.
The cited captures document agent tooling, permissions, memory, and evaluation. They do not establish Agent Reliability SLOs as a deployed mechanism. The adoption test is whether buyers enforce agent error budgets across success, escalation, reversibility, policy, latency, and cost.
