Projection: AlphaEvolve selects among candidate programs through automated evaluation; Robotics-ER selects tools and reads instruments while planning. A model could similarly choose the next search, measurement, experiment, or human label that reduces uncertainty. The forecast requires lower decision error per acquisition cost than a fixed data-collection plan.
