Tutors Should Fade Their Help

Hypothesis: tutors that deliberately withdraw hints as competence rises will produce better unaided transfer than equally accurate tutors that remain maximally helpful. Test adaptive fading across subjects with delayed assessments, while tracking frustration, equity, and whether students learn to request appropriate help.
