Projection: organizations will measure whether long-term AI use strengthens or erodes unaided judgment, error detection, learning, and recovery. Voluntary, nonpunitive sampling can compare teams over time. Productivity may rise while the capacity to operate without the assistant quietly decays; a serious adoption program must see both curves.
