Workers Own the Adoption Telemetry

Provocation: workers should see the same adoption telemetry management sees—time shifts, task changes, error rates, and performance effects—and hold collective rights over its interpretation. Otherwise measurement becomes a one-way mirror: employees supply the data while surveillance and automation claims acquire an undeserved aura of objectivity.
