Trace Protein Models Mechanistically
Projection: biological-model audits will trace internal circuits to motifs, structure, regulation, and generated function, then carry those links to the laboratory. The same method can reveal biology the model learned and shortcuts it should not trust. Mechanistic insight earns authority only when intervention and experiment agree.
