Projection: hospitals will place independent sentinels beside deployed models. They will watch recommendations, patient mix, outcomes, and clinician overrides for signs of calibration decay or subgroup harm, then throttle the affected function before aggregate accuracy visibly collapses. Postmarket safety becomes an operating system, not a vendor’s quarterly promise.
