Create a public registry for clinical foundation models that records intended uses, prohibited uses, training populations, external validations, known failures, ownership changes, and deployed versions. Unlike marketing pages, entries would be regulator-linked, updateable, and searchable by hospital committees, patients, researchers, and insurers.
