Redesign Tasks Before Cutting Jobs
Before cutting jobs, map the work. Which tasks improve, degrade, disappear, or migrate under AI? Worker-led redesign can protect tacit knowledge, create review roles, and reveal new bottlenecks. Exposure estimates describe possibility; only measured task change shows what the organization actually built.
