Biological Uncertainty Atlases

Create public atlases showing where biological foundation models are confident, wrong, underrepresented, or untested across species, ancestries, sequence types, and experimental conditions. These maps would guide data collection and funding, turning uncertainty from a footnote into shared infrastructure for safer discovery and equitable translational research.
