Regional Forecast Equity Maps
Publish forecast performance by region, hazard, lead time, and socioeconomic vulnerability, not only global averages. Funding should target the places where data scarcity and model error coincide with high exposure, making forecast equity an operational metric for meteorological agencies and adaptation finance.
