Track the same workers over time: tools used, tasks changed, wages, hours, quality, bargaining power, and wellbeing. A longitudinal panel can separate three ideas public debate routinely collapses—technical exposure, actual adoption, and lived impact—and keep updating as systems and workplaces change.
